Pizza & Mozzarella Making Class @ 45th Parallel
Let’s have a cheesy good time!
Join us at 45th Parallel for a workshop where you will don your (metaphorical) chef’s hat! Guests will learn all about our fan-favorite pizza dough and work with fresh mozzarella cheese before making your own wood-fired pizza! Attendees will bring home one pizza dough ball, fresh mozzarella, & our secret dough recipe.

CLASS TYPE:
Hands-On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though – no prior experience is required!
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
- Learn how to make pizza dough from scratch
- Enjoy a handmade pizza at the end of class
- Take home your own handmade dough and mozzarella to enjoy later
- All ingredients and tools are provided — just bring your curiosity (and an appetite)
TICKETS: $120 per person
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Can’t make it to the class? If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, a refund may be issued if given a 24+ hour notice.
- All are welcome in this class! All of our cooking classes are suitable for children 16+, and we welcome younger children as well, but please email us before you purchase a ticket so we can help determine if a particular class is appropriate for your kiddo! Children must be attended by an adult during the class.

- The 45th Event Center is attached to the bar and restaurant, located at 1490 Madison Avenue. Ample parking is available in the primary parking lot.
