Pizza & Mozzarella Making Class
You are invited to join the 45th Parallel culinary team for a night of pizza making and more!
In this hands-on experience, you will learn all about our dough and work with fresh mozzarella cheese before making your own pizza! Attendees will bring home one pizza dough ball, fresh mozzarella, and our secret dough recipe.

CLASS TYPE:
Hands-On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though – no prior experience is required!
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
- Learn how to make pizza dough from scratch
- Enjoy a handmade pizza at the end of class
- Take home your own handmade dough and mozzarella to enjoy later
- All ingredients and tools are provided — just bring your curiosity (and an appetite)
TICKETS: $120 per person
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Can’t make it to the class? If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, a refund may be issued if given a 24+ hour notice.
- All are welcome in this class! All of our cooking classes are suitable for children 16+, and we welcome younger children as well, but please email us before you purchase a ticket so we can help determine if a particular class is appropriate for your kiddo! Children must be attended by an adult during the class.

- The 45th Event Center is attached to the bar and restaurant, located at 1490 Madison Avenue. Ample parking is available in the primary parking lot.
