Pasta Making Class @ 45th Parallel Distillery
Get your hands floury and learn the art of fresh pasta from scratch! In this interactive class, you’ll mix, knead, roll, and cut your own pasta — enjoying a freshly cooked portion during class and taking some home to share. Perfect for beginners and pasta lovers alike.
There’s nothing quite like fresh pasta — whether you’re brand new to pasta-making or looking to refine your skills, this relaxed and engaging class is designed to be fun, approachable, and delicious.

CLASS TYPE:
Hands-On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though – no prior experience is required!
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
- Learn how to make pasta from scratch: including mixing, kneading, resting, rolling, and shaping fresh pasta dough.
- Enjoy a freshly cooked portion of pasta during class.
- Take home your own handmade pasta to cook later.
- All ingredients and tools are provided — just bring your curiosity (and an appetite).
TICKETS: $75 per person — On sale Friday, March 13th!
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Can’t make it to the class? If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, a refund may be issued if given a 24+ hour notice.
- All are welcome in this class! All of our cooking classes are suitable for children 16+, and we welcome younger children as well, but please email us before you purchase a ticket so we can help determine if a particular class is appropriate for your kiddo! Children must be attended by an adult during the class.

- The 45th Event Center is attached to the bar and restaurant, located at 1490 Madison Avenue. Ample parking is available in the primary parking lot.
