Hey all you FUNguys and FUNgals — we’re back for the 5th Annual Fungi Fest, happening Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16, 2026 — RAIN or SHINE!

Fungi Fest is a family-friendly music and mushroom festival in Western Wisconsin, celebrating morel mushroom season along the 45th Parallel near the Minnesota–Wisconsin border. What started as a gathering of friends has grown into a beloved Midwest spring festival tradition — and Year 5 is going to be something special.

(And yes… we’ve got a weather backup plan for music. The show always goes on.)

Music kicks off at 12:00 PM noon and flows all weekend long across:

Fireside Stage

Alternating sets keep the music steady, the transitions smooth, and our talented sound crew happy.

Expect a weekend full of Americana, bluegrass, folk, roots, and indie music in a relaxed riverside festival setting.

Morel Mushroom Foraging Workshops:

Join renowned forager Tavis Lynch on Saturday, May 16:

10:00 AM – Adult Foraging Tour

11:00 AM – Kids Foraging Tour

Tavis will remain onsite after the tours to answer your mushroom identification and foraging questions.

Our ranch trails remain open throughout the festival, making this one of the most unique morel mushroom festivals in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
