We’re so excited to host Jaime from Earth Meets Body Apothecary for a flowing and growing workshop. Jackie will lead a gentle, all-levels yoga flow and Jaime will guide us through a plant connection meditation and samplings of local herbal medicine. Jaime creates apothecary products using locally foraged plants; she will teach us how local plants can mediate stress, rejuvenate the mind, and help us embody our connection to the earth & our true nature.

Admission: $28 for members, $35 for non-members
