Rooted: Yoga, Hike, Explore
Join Jillian for a 4-part hiking + yoga series this summer, where we will explore local trails, flow in nature, and participate in some community service projects at a few of our locations.
Together, we will explore and balance our root chakra — vital for stability and security. When unbalanced, you can feel fear, anxiety, and insecurity. When balanced, you can feel grounded, secure, and at peace with the world.
Let’s find gratitude in nature as we root into community and our authentic selves. We’ll flow with the rhythm of the earth, explore new trails, and plant seeds for growth along the way!
