Guests will learn all about our fan-favorite pizza dough and work with fresh mozzarella cheese before making your own wood-fired pizza! Attendees will bring home one pizza dough ball, fresh mozzarella, & our secret dough recipe.\n \n\nTickets: $120 — on sale Thursday, October 8th\nWhen: 6:00pm, Wednesday, November 11th\nLocation: 45th Parallel Distillery Event Center (1490 Madison Avenue)\n \nCLASS TYPE:\nHands-On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though – no prior experience is required!\n \nWHAT YOU’LL GET IN THIS CLASS:\n\nLearn how to make pizza dough from scratch\nEnjoy a handmade pizza at the end of class\nTake home your own handmade dough and mozzarella to enjoy later\nAll ingredients and tools are provided — just bring your curiosity (and an appetite)\n\n \nTICKETS: $120 per person \n \nIMPORTANT STUFF: \n\nCan’t make it to the class? If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, a refund may be issued if given a 24+ hour notice.\nAll are welcome in this class! All of our cooking classes are suitable for children 16+, and we welcome younger children as well, but please email us before you purchase a ticket so we can help determine if a particular class is appropriate for your kiddo!
